With more than two decades of experience, he has a proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing over $3.5 billion in transactions across a wide range of property types and lender categories spanning the risk spectrum. John has cultivated a robust network within the commercial real estate finance industry, from conventional banks to debt funds focused on both senior and subordinate capital. While his primary focus is delivering bespoke credit solutions efficiently, his continued success is rooted in his strong reputation within the lending community. John currently serves as a Senior Managing Director at ABS Partners / ABS Altman Warwick in New York, where he originates and arranges debt and equity capital for third-party clients nationwide. His work emphasizes structured finance transactions and non-bank lending solutions. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University.
