The mixed-use tower comprises a 28-story rental tower with 280 units, 10,000 square feet of arts and cultural space, 7,000 square feet of commercial space, and 234-car parking garage. The project is a redevelopment of the abandoned two-story Loew’s Theater. The theater’s façade was preserved and restored, while the performance space was converted into a 10,000 square foot black box theater.
