The House at Cornell Tech is a 26-story, 352-unit residential high rise tower located on Cornell Tech’s campus on Roosevelt Island. At completion, it was the largest building in the world to be certified to Passive House standards. The House is home to students, faculty, and affiliates of the Cornell Tech graduate school and features two lounges, an outdoor terrace, a fitness room, and 24-hour study rooms.
